To help you as an end user and a participant of this community to exercise your Data Subject Request (DSRs) rights under General Data Protection Regulation we provide the following functionalities. Please note:Requests to delete your data received from Microsoft Privacy Portal will be considered a discontinuation of your service with Dynamics 365 Community. Your account the Dynamics 365 Community is closed and all personally identifiable data linked to a user is deleted.
Upon closure of your Microsoft Account, which can be done from the Microsoft Privacy Portal, your account with the Dynamics 365 Community is also closed and all data is deleted permanently.
