Hi, I am trying to get my Company's Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 license information but my current vendor does not reply back to us after we requested the required information. How long does it take to "generate" the information? I am asking because my company wants to change our current vendor. Any advice would most certainly be helpful.
Please check this link if this works for you :
you may require customer/partner source login to access it.
you may require customer/partner source login to access it. if you don't have access then contact someone who can help you.
Thanks but that is also one of my problem. I don't have access to customer/partner source login.
If you as a customer is paying your BREP (annual support of licenses), you should have access to Microsoft resources, in particular - to e.g. customersource (mbs.microsoft.com/.../global).
Check more contacts here:
If you do not have access, or your current Partner does not want to assist you, you can send requests to firstname.lastname@example.org - including a request to change you partner. They will answer your questions regarding the license details. New partner can also provide you with all details about your license and also the access to customersource, if you switch to one.
Rightly suggested by Mr. Alexander, please follow the same.
